Arthritis & Joint Issues: Our Best Tip

“Joints like movement, muscles like stretching.”
Some of my favorite stretches are done in a fluid, rhythmic movement.

  • Find your edge
  • work short of that edge
  • move in and out
  • exhale in, inhale out of the movement (or just breathe)
  • like the waves on the sand
  • ebb and flow
  • give your joints the gift of movement :)

    I am usually not one to post comments on other’s articles, but for your write up I just had to do it. I’ve been browsing around your site a lot recently and I’m super impressed, I think you could potentially become the main opinions for this topic. Not sure what your schedule is like in life, but if you started commiting more effort to posting here, I would bet you would begin receiving a bunch of visitors soon.
